Woodland Block

This 5 Storey Mixed Use Multi-residential Project is an innovative form of development offering family-friendly missing-middle high density housing in a 5 storey City of Vancouver C-2 zoning envelope. The development features high ceiling commercial retail along Nanaimo Street, with ground-oriented townhomes along the side-streets and lane. The townhome style residential units on the upper levels of the project are accessed via a richly programmed exterior courtyard amenity space featuring play areas, gathering spaces, common BBQ/dinning areas and an indoor amenity space with gaming, entertainment and kitchen areas.
