SEA + SKY Apartments

Located in the master planned community of SEA + SKY this mixed use development is a combination of rental housing, ground level commercial ana large daycare space. This duo of apartment buildings was developed to complement the previous phases of the community though its massing / roofline and choice of siding materials. Colour choice also connects this development to the vibrancy of the larger community. Situated over a single parking level the two buildings frame a central plaza and at grade parking.
