In collaboration with ALIB, EKISTICS vision for Sandy Point is to transform the site into a vibrant waterfront cultural destination for both the Cstélnec community and visitors. The proposed development includes three key zones: the Cstélnec Amenity Zone, Resort Residential Development Zone, and Resort/Eco-Camp Development Zone.

The project emphasizes sustainable development—socially, environmentally, and economically—while enhancing connectivity to the lake through greenways, trails, and public access points. It aims to celebrate Indigenous culture, creating a year-round destination featuring guided activities, cultural events, and community-focused amenities.
