Cedarwood Seaside Village

EKISTICS Town Planning + Architecture was brought on to help re-envision the 1.28 ha site as a comprehensive mixed-use village where tourist commercial uses complement a new residential resort oriented product to enhance the waterfront character of this pivotal parcel within the urban fabric of the Town of Sidney. The vision is to create a seaside village featuring a diverse mix of commercial and residential spaces with beautifully landscaped outdoor environments and shared amenities.

The proposed building has the potential to become an anchor for this neighbourhood and a gateway to the southern edge of the downtown core of Sidney. It will provide key neighbourhood amenities and become a community gathering hub at the edge of a waterfont park.
