AVIC Town

The Chongqing AVIC Two Rivers Master Plan is envisaged as a feature destination recreation and master planned community that will establish a new focus in the region. It is predicated on holistically integrating residential, recreation, commercial and institutional land uses into the existing dramatic setting of mountain ridges, valleys and water bodies. The development vision includes two 36-hole golf courses, a landmark town center, schools, commercial and a wide range of residential parcels of varying densities distributed throughout the site.

The residential parcels comprise a series of individual parcels of varying size and configuration linked together by the collector loop road system that organizes the master plan structure. Each parcel has a challenging and unique set of conditions with respect to orientation, shape, size, topography and frontage conditions.
