Customer guarantee: Our products are all handmade and carefully crafted. Items may not appear exactly as the pictures indicate as each fabric is only used for 4 dresses so that each garment is a limited edition. Children under the age of 3 should not play with the garments due to the possibility that buttons and other small objects may come off during use.
Return policy: You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please indicate the reason for the return.
You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
Please include a copy of the original packing slip. A refund check will be sent to you.
